Beautiful museum!
Ha, I was going to say the same thing as sassylaurie- it was nice before they renovated it, too! I remember when I went to see a Monet exhibit there, years ago… it was beautiful! The building itself is really interesting now, too. This is a big museum, with a really solid permament collection, and great visitng exhibitions. It’s one of the best art museums in the country! Plus it’s in beautiful Golden Gate park, with lots of other fun stuff to do. You can make a day of it there, and this should definitely be included.
