delicious bbq!

Bison County serves both traditional bbq and several nontraditional bbq-inspired dishes. For traditionalists, try the sliced brisket and you can’t go wrong. If you want something less usual, start with the arizona egg rolls and move on to a bbq pasta “big bowl.” The grill and smoker are out in open view, and a good selection of beer is also served.
