"its hard to find a really good chef with all the chain places these days, the bistro 44 in bedford has a rising star Chef named jayson deMarco He has a differrent apporach than most chefs with the taste combinations he uses. Go try the sea bass and stak tar tar."

Seabass Bravo

"I have to say the Seabass is really something special, it is a large portion and the tomato chili prawns are very tender, I thought the chef Jayson DeMarco was super nice to teat us to a free dessert. Bravo!"
