The Four Seasons Boston provides a delightful Old World experience in close proximity to the famous Beacon Hill neighborhood. Like Beacon Hill, the Four Seasons Boston radiates the classy yet friendly aura for which Boston has become so famous. Composed of sixteen stories of brick and glass, this hotel offers you a fantastic view of the Boston city-scape. The welcoming feel of the lobby is created in part by antique European pieces and a gleaming floor of black granite. Guest room décor draws influences from both Europe and Boston itself. Many of the colors found in these rooms are reminiscent of the shades of paint used for area houses in the 1800s – navy, green, taupe and terra cotta feature prominently. Most guest rooms and suites provide lovely vistas of Beacon Hill and Boston Public Gardens. While considered the height of luxury by many, the Four Seasons is also a great place to stay when traveling with your family. The ducks in the Public Gardens will be happy to see your kids approaching – as long as they are armed with the hotel’s duck food. Put the kids to bed early and enjoy a late supper at Aujourd’hui, where classic French cuisine is served in a lovely Provençal-themed dining room.
