Probably one of the nicer places in Albany
Very nice, clean rooms. Lots of places to network within the hotel including the concierge level which offers free apps, continental breakfast and dessert M-F.
I thought the workout area was very nice. Nothing too large but it wasn’t over crowded and it too was clean. Equipment is a few years old but in good condition.
