Location. Casa Kash is located on the beach sand of the Pacific shore in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. San Jose is 13 miles to the south of the property. Cabo San Lucas is known as the “marlin capital of the world” for the large population of striped, black and blue marlin, and several fishing charter providers are available near the villa. Golf is one of the main attractions of the area and features more than a half dozen courses arranged by noted course designers including Jack Nicklaus, Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Tom Weiskopf.
Features. This villa features contemporary Mexican style architecture and is staffed by two caretakers. Complimentary wireless Internet and central air conditioning are available throughout the residence. The house features a patio with lounge chairs, umbrella shaded tables, fire pit, hot tub and an infinity pool that reaches to the edge of the patio and threatens to spill onto the beach sand below. An open air sitting room provides access between the patio and the villa’s interior. The living room offers a 55 inch high definition television with satellite channels, a media center, a collection of over 500 CDs and surround sound system. Eight outdoor speakers stream music from the media center in the living room onto the patio. The full kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guestrooms. Casa Kash offers three guestrooms, two on the first floor and one on the second. The master bedroom offers a 42 inch high definition television with satellite channels, extra large bathtub and a private patio with hammock. The other bedrooms feature 28 inch televisions with satellite channels and individual air conditioning controls.
Expert Tip. Land’s End lies at the tip of the Baja Peninsula and features some of Cabo San Lucas’ most famous landmarks. Attractions include the Arch of Poseidon, an eroded passage bored through a rocky cliff that juts out into the ocean, and Los Frailes, which consists of two rock islets that are frequently visited by sea lions.
