Building on Success: The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman Offers New Secret Harbour Residences

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman started out as an ambitious Caribbean land development project featuring a first-class hotel with 365 luxurious guest rooms and suites.  After the completion of the hotel, the resort expanded its vacation offerings with a number of stunning private residences.  Now, after The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and The DeckHouses have been met with an outstanding reception, Orion Developers is building upon its previous success with an impressive new development of vacation homes known as Secret Harbour.

As the owner and developer of The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Michael Ryan is extremely familiar with luxury second homes and exceptional vacation opportunities for potential residence owners.  Ryan is confident that Secret Harbour will prove to be one of the most sought-after properties in the Cayman Islands and all of the Caribbean.  With all of the characteristics and conveniences that Secret Harbour will offer, such a status would certainly not be surprising or unexpected.

Designed by the firms Zurcher Architects and VITA Planning & Landscape Architecture, the Secret Harbour vacation homes will have a unique charm inspired by the special spirit and atmosphere of maritime Mediterranean villages.  Located on a private island within the acreage of the resort's property, Secret Harbour will be composed of 120 residential units.  These multi-family homes will range in size from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units and will be available in both loft and villa styles.  When not in use by their owners, these residences will be eligible for the hotel's rental program.

A major component of the success of The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is the multitude of world-class amenities available at the resort.  The new line of Secret Harbour homes will also have access to the hotel’s endless services and facilities.  Owners of these new vacation homes will be able to enjoy the resort's Greg Norman-designed golf course, the only La Prairie Spa in the region, top-notch restaurants including one by Eric Ripert of New York’s Le Bernadin, a Nick Bollettieri tennis facility, an eco-adventure program by Jean-Michel Cousteau, and much more.  Secret Harbour will also come with its very own on-island offerings including a swimming pool and a fitness center.

Considering the previous success of The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and The DeckHouses, it's not surprising that Orion Developers is looking to build upon its past achievements with a project such as Secret Harbour.  It's also not surprising that these new vacation residences will boast a multitude of exceptional services and conveniences.  After all, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is known around the world as a luxurious Cayman Islands vacation haven.  So if past achievements are reliable predictors of the reception to come, the resort’s Secret Harbour residences will have a solid foundation for future success.
