Come Here at Christmastime !!!

What a fun little place...hidden away, no one really knows that it is here...feels like you've got your very own restaurant! We came at Christmastime, and it was just a spectacular experience...from the large windows of this restaurant, which is located high over the City, you can see the entire Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, and the Skating Pond, and all the surroundings...breathtaking! We sat and watched it all, as we ate our lovely sushi and soup, and sipped our Pomegranate Martinis. I recommend reservations for Pulse...it is somewhat small, and I understand that they are not always open...better to call first...seems that the "corporate folks" take over the place much of the time, for their own "do's"...Not expensive, "Modest-New York" is what I call it. Our waiter - wish I could remember his name!!!!! - regaled us with stories of how he'd come to New York, and was very knowledgeable about all the food served...also a very pleasant, funny person!
