Fabulous Sushi, From an Iron Chef

Have been to Morimoto a few times, now, and each time still feels like a very special occasion. Chef Morimoto's sushi is my absolute favorite meal on earth...no one else does it like he does! I understand he has the Tuna flown in from Japan...nothing else like it! The presentation of each dish is so beautiful, so imaginative, it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Love the ambiance...soft light change colors all night long...lovely sculptural details everywhere, the ceiling included...cozy tables...wonderful staff...they are SO knowledgeable!! Of course, there are other meals available...Morimoto's Omakasi(sic)is my husband's favorite - a little bit of everything, Chef's choice, and it is different each time...a Sensual experience, my husband says! Do expect to pay commensurately for this type of experience...for two people who like to eat and drink(!!!), I'd say a minimum of $200.00...but you will never forget, or regret, it.
