"The owners of Bijans now have three restaurants. I must say, when they only had Bijans, I went there for the excellent fillet. They have since gone downhill, which I think is a shame considering they still continue to open restaurants in Springfield. I went to Flame which is supposed to be the steak restaurant and the server was totally unknowledgable of their wine (although still very nice) menu but my steak was overdone. I hate that. (I will say that they do have a very cool bar downstairs.) But what bothers me most about the threesome of restaurants is that they are all supposed to have their own menu and personality, but the food is the same at all of them, give or take a few items. Head to Agrarios for a better Spfd. upscale dining experience."

"Bijans gets some flack for “attitiude” but they back it up with some fantastic dishes. Their red meat is spectacular. I have personally tried just about all of their fish entrees and have been impressed with almost all of them. I also give them credit for keeping their menu fresh. There are some other good restaurants in Springfield, but mark this one as an “old reliable.”"

"I have never thought Bijans was great, but I let some friends talk me into going back again. The service is condesending and the food was simple and over sauced as usual. Just not as good as some of the new comers to the Springfeild restaurant scene"
