"This place is sweet. The Chocolatiers make everything by hand and the atmosphere is pretty romantic with red banquettes and high tables with dark wood, red velvet and fresh roses everywhere. All candlelight. The heated patio is the best place to sit. They have an ample beer selection, which Nate loved. I started with the “very dark” chocolate martini. I am not a big chocolate martini fan but was obligated. Somehow too sweet. Nate had a beer that he had never had (can’t remember the name) and really like it. We stared with truffles. I had the chipotle pepper truffle and Nate, the baileys liquor. So good. Mine had a peppery taste that was perfect with the dark chocolate. We ordered wine and a beer made with coffee that was great. We shared a cheese plate with brie, jgetoist (our fav) and port salute. Served with spiced nuts, fruits and homemade bread. Heaven. Pot de creme for dessert finished the night off. Needless to say, we canceled our dinner plans."
