This property requires a three night minimum stay for arrivals between 1/3/05 10/24/05. A five night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 12/18/04 1/2/05. All accommodations at the Cottonwood Complex are individually decorated, tastefully furnished and loaded with all the amenities of home. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, cook top, and coffeemaker with complimentary coffee, as well as a deck and fireplace. Alarm clock radio, cable TV and VCR, direct dial telephone, and CD player/stereo are also offered in each unit.
