"You drive a little way out of Vegas and then you reach this Chocolate Factory in the desert. Dessert in the desert, how nice. There is a kind of tour thing where you get to see the behind-the-scenes look at how chocolate is made. So you can see people in their white hair nets and everything doing what they do best. They definitely sold me on buying some candy."

"It’s just what it says it is-a working chocolate factory. You can take a free self-guided tour of the facilities, watching the chocolate being made, and at the end of it there’s a gift shop selling their wares-you get one free sample piece, but you have to pay for anything else. The lure of fresh-from-the-factory-floor chocolate is irresistable, especially after smelling it being made. They have a nice cactus garden with benches where you can sit and eat your choices. Oh, and they have an interesting all-organic water-treatment plant, which recycles all of the factory’s waste-water for use in their landscaping."
