If your mood is ultra chilled instead of ultra amped, try the very hip and low-key Ghost Bar. Popular with pals Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, it offers a breathtaking view of the Strip from the 55th floor, and a live DJ spins soulful beats as you saunter out to the "ghostdeck." Look straight down, and you’ll see patrons lounging at Skin, the poolside lounge below. The vibe is futuristic cool, sporting blue neon lighting and minimal furniture. This is the sort of bar that was created for a sapphire martini; sip slowly and look carefully at your fellow patrons. You’ve probably seen several of them in the gossip columns. Celebrity sightings are more common here than on Sunset Boulevard.

"I was very disappointed in my trip to the ghostbar this past week. I had hyped myself up based on what I had seen on "Real World Las Vegas" and sadly my experience was nothing like that. The music was awesome I will give them that but the rest of my time there sucked! The drinks were WAY over priced, no celebs around to see, the patio was closed off due to a little sprinkle and that was the whole reason I went there was to set on the patio and chill while checking out the rest of Vegas! So after a taxi ride to the Palms, cover charge for 2 to get in, 1 drink each, and a taxi ride back we spent $80.00 on a very displeasing evening. Thank goodness we had a 5 star dinner at Mesa (inside Caesars Palace) and saw Celine Dion before coming to the ghost bar so our night was a total dump!"

"I went here once with some friends during the weekend and they had some connections so we bypassed any waiting in lines. The place was pretty packed and it didn’t seem that big to me, but it was definitely fun partying it up there. The outdoor patio with the see-through glass floor is a nice and kinda scary touch."

"This was my favorite bar in Vegas. The view from the top is amazing, especially the see-through floor. You are sure to see celebs with their entourage. An extra plus is to be a female at this bar because you may be lucky enough to get VIP."
