"When I was in Vegas, I told some people I was “hankerin’ for some home cooking … Memphis-style.” They said, “Milo, you gotta go see Big Mama.” So I moseyed over to Big Mama’s Rib Shack. And man, was I blown away. Big Mama’s is an out-of-this-world barbecue joint away from the Vegas Strip. Down-to-earth and laid back – a refreshing change from the blaring city lights. You can tell the restaurant used to be a McDonald’s, but the food certainly didn’t reflect that. The mouth-watering ribs and fried chicken brought me back home to Memphis. The homemade mac and cheese was so tasty that I thought my own momma was back there in the kitchen herself. Great atmosphere, great food. Don’t miss it. Do I want Big Mama in Memphis? Come down South, Mama!"
