Just above the Strip on the 11th floor of the Paris Las Vegas Eiffel Tower replica, Chef J. Joho s Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers the city s premier French cuisine, breathtaking views of the Las Vegas strip and is regarded as the crown jewel in Paris Las Vegas collection of restaurants. Chef Joho has artfully updated a French classic menu. Highlights include a grand seafood platter with lobster, shrimp, crab, oysters and clams; lobster thermidor; a terrine of foie gras and marinated figs; tournedos rossini with foie gras and truffle sauce and banana souffle.

Open for Lunch daily from: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM Dinner hours are: Sunday – Thursday 5:00 – 10:30 Friday and Saturday 5:00 – 11:00

"Without a doubt, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers one of the best views on the strip. Situated directly across the street from the Bellagio and Caesar’s Palace, you’re paying for a birds-eye view of America’s playground. The food is definitely yummy, but there isn’t a huge selection and prices are high. We had lunch there, which cost upwards of $40 for two people who ate sandwiches and stuck to soda. Do it once to say, “Been there, done that.” "
