Just above the Strip on the 11th floor of the Paris Las Vegas’ Eiffel Tower replica, Chef J. Joho’s Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers the city’s premier French cuisine, breathtaking views of the Las Vegas strip and is regarded as the crown jewel in Paris Las Vegas’ collection of restaurants. Chef Joho has artfully updated a French classic menu. Highlights include a grand seafood platter with lobster, shrimp, crab, oysters and clams; lobster thermidor; a terrine of foie gras and marinated figs; tournedos rossini with foie gras and truffle sauce and banana souffle.

"Without a doubt, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers one of the best views on the strip. Situated directly across the street from the Bellagio and Caesar’s Palace, you’re paying for a birds-eye view of America’s playground. The food is definitely yummy, but there isn’t a huge selection and prices are high. We had lunch there, which cost upwards of $40 for two people who ate sandwiches and stuck to soda. Do it once to say, “Been there, done that.” "
