Summary of Margaritaville
Margaritaville is Jimmy Buffet’s grand entertainment and dining venue that is at once a restaurant, bar, retail outlet and live music mecca. You don’t have to be a parrot head to enjoy Margaritaville, but it certainly wouldn’t hurt. One of the best things about the nautical-themed restaurant at Margaritaville is the affordable menu. Choose a grilled sirloin steak drizzled with pineapple rum sauce, or go tropical with blackened mahi mahi with Jerk barbecue sauce. The desserts are spectacular, and if you can’t make it all the way through the three-quarter pound chocolate cake, don’t feel bad. Whereas proper attire (no T-shirts, sandals, hats, etc.) is required in many other restaurants on the Strip, proper attire at Margaritaville consists of exactly those items banned at other fine restaurants. If you want to enjoy a good meal in your flip-flops and shorts, Margaritaville is the place for you.
