If venturing forth outside the Hard Rock isn’t on the menu, but the smooth and swanky dining of Hard Rock’s AJ’s Steakhouse isn’t what you’re in the moood for, sidle over to the Pink Taco. The setting is diner-like, with folk art filling the walls, and it’s got all the Mexican comfort food you’d expect: burritos, tacos, etc. Much to the relief of many, the pink in the restaurant’s name has nothing to do with the decor; instead, it describes one of their specialty tacos, stuffed with grilled salmon. Pink’s also has a stunning tequila selection.

"Have been with a group of 10 friends, and with a party of 3, and each time they waitstaff was really friendly and accommodating. Better than average Mexican food, but nothing stands out in particular. Awesome margaritas and other specialty drinks. It’s a great place to have dinner and start off your party weekend."

"I went here to relax and eat some food, but ended up starting the party again. Lots of girls here in the restaurant, but not many good places to sit. Beer was ice cold here."

Better than Taco Smell

"The Hard Rock Hotel had the best pool in Vegas. Chicks don’t look like that in Oklahoma. Anyway, our budget wasn’t big enough for a room here so pool access was denied. Thought we’d eat at the Pink Taco because some of our friends said it was pretty cheap and good. The tequila menu is sweet and ended up getting the guys and me into some trouble by the end of the night. Another story. I had the Pink Taco for under ten bucks."
