America’s most celebrated chef, Wolfgang Puck, brings his award-winning San Francisco restaurant, Postrio, to The Venetian in Las Vegas. Set within a stunning new interior, Puck presents a menu of contemporary California cuisine. Dining room and café menus feature small plates, appetizers, wood-oven baked pizzas, handmade pastas and enticing entrees and are perfect for both casual and more formal dining. The exciting new menu showcases the best of Puck s classic signature dishes including Sautéed Maine Lobster & Crab Cake with Meyer lemon aioli and Cantonese Style Roasted Duck with steamed bao buns. Newly created items include Garlicky Littleneck Clams with Spanish chorizo and Grilled Prime New York Sirloin with Yukon Gold-horseradish potatoes. The cafe menu features the popular Lobster Club Sandwich with smoked bacon. The café offers a front row view of the festive, Carnivale atmosphere on St. Mark’s Square.
