"If you have a taste for exotic meats…this place is a change of pace from typical burger joints. Yes, they have burgers, and you can choose toppings such as cheese, mushrooms, bacon, etc. What you might not expect to choose is what kind of meat you want your burger made from! Regular ground beef is available, but you may want to try boar, duck, elk, bison, kobe beef, etc. It seems like they are always adding something. Toppings bar in the middle of the restaurant allows you to choose lettuce, tomato, various pickles, peppers, etc. Hot sauces, ketchup, mustards, spices and barbeque sauce. Other items on the menu inclue salads, other sandwiches, appetizers, etc. Tables are no frills with a roll of paper towels waiting for you. Seat yourself and leave your dishes on the table (they will clean up when you leave)."
