Location. The Notleymere Cottage B&B is located in Cazenovia, N.Y., overlooking Cazenovia Lake. Cazenovia College is one-and-one-half miles away. Chittenango Falls State Park features a picturesque 167-foot waterfall four miles from the bed and breakfast. Critz Farms offers hay rides, a petting zoo, live music and a corn maze five miles away. Syracuse, N.Y. is 19 miles from the property.
Features. Built in 1888, this historic, 8,800-foot mansion hosted Teddy Roosevelt as a child when he vacationed with the original owner and his family. The home features a wraparound veranda overlooking the gardens and the lake. Complimentary gourmet breakfasts are served each morning in the dining room or on the lakeside veranda. Meeting rooms are available. The parlor offers a fireplace and a baby grand piano. Books, a CD collection and a carved fireplace are featured in the library. The dining room showcases original mahogany ceilings and a twig chandelier. Fishing, boating and swimming are available on site in the lake. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Guestrooms. The Notleymere Cottage B&B offers five guestrooms with satellite television and complimentary high-speed Internet access. All units offer private bathrooms.
