"While this is technically part of the Sciencenter, the planet walk is not inside the museum and can be done by anyone without requiring museum admission. This is an outdoor exhibit- a scale model of our solar system. Walk through Ithaca from the Commons to the Sciencenter, following the trail of our sun and planets. It’s something different to do. Kids are usally entralled with finding the next planet. Hmm… I wonder what they are going to do about Pluto’s demotion…I would recommend going to the Ithaca Commons and do some shopping and grab lunch. Start the planet walk which will bring you to the sciencecenter. This is a great hands-on science museum that will take up the afternoon."
