"I have been visiting lake george since I was 6 years old so i have watched it grow up. I stay in a wonderful little motel called scotty's that is just off the strip. I love this town and the view over Lake George. I spend a week there every year. The only good food I have found was at the Bank Cafe. Most of the rest of the food in lake george is okay, nothing spectacular. Great Escape, which is a short drive away, is a nice amusement park, though I liked it better before six flags bought it. Remember, thusday's during the summer there are fireworks, jsut remember to get a good seat on the beach.
