Every year, the world watches as a glittering crystal ball drops in Times Square, welcoming the new year. Hundreds of thousands of people pack into a few blocks surrounding 1 Times Sqare, so it’s loud and it’s crazy and for some, it’s the only place to be on New Year’s Eve.

"Excellent thing to say you have done! I went for the year 2000 and everyone thought I was crazy and the end of the world was coming. It’s crowded and crazy. The energy charged air is wonderful. But it’s not something I would bother with yearly :)"
