James Beard Award winning chef-partner Fabio Trabocchi receives three stars from The New York Times. We are pleased to announce that FIAMMA received one star from the New York City Michelin Guide!

With the introduction in September 2007 of Chef-Partner Fabio Trabocchi, a multi-starred award-winner himself, FIAMMA ignites the culinary scene with a menu steeped in regional Italian traditions recast with modern vision. His arrival at FIAMMA has been well-received: Frank Bruni awarded him three stars in the New York Times, a rave review that joins others from publications such as The New York Daily News, The Washington Post and New York Magazine.

FIAMMA offers three, five or seven course flexible tasting menus. As well as our 700 selection, award winning wine list.

Dinner: Monday – Saturday: 5:30pm – 10:45pm

"YUM. This is a great Italian restaurant. Can be a bit pricey but the service is always good as well as the food. The gnocci is good as are their ravolis. Their specials of the evening are usually quite good as well. I’ve never had anything bad from the menu"
