The staff can often be rude, and you’ll have to be a serious shopper to make it here. Anal retentive, claustrophobic, and modest types won’t stand a chance. The lines can be long and the racks crowded, and you will be stripping down to your skivvies to try on that must-have Dolce & Gabbana in front of 30 other ladies. That aside, Century 21 is a goldmine for cheap chic. Jimmy Choos? Under $400. Gucci sunglasses? Less than you cell phone bill. Looking hotter than Paris for half the Benjamins? Priceless.
