Mac fanatics rejoiced when they heard this ultra Apple shop was coming to town, offering them a 24/7 fix anytime they’re jonesing for a new iPod. Apple fashioned its latest shop in the form of a giant glass cube, which is impressive enough on its own. Walk down the semi-circular glass stairs and you come across various iPod stations, the genius bar (aka the help desk) and computer areas. The store has been mobbed since its opening in May 2006 and offers the usual workshops and DJs. But the big bonus of this Apple store is that there’s help on hand at all hours, which is great for when your computer kicks it at 3 a.m. Plus, if your hotel doesn’t offer an Internet hookup, this is a great place to check your e-mail and change your itinerary.
