The second level offers sterling silver at more affordable prices. And if you buy a present for someone here, they will certainly be impressed by the famous blue Tiffanys box.

"A trip to NYC is not complete until you visit Tiffany’s. Despite the high price tags of most items they do have some reasonably priced items especially with their silver jewelry. And the look on excitement on someones face as you present them with the distintive blue box is priceless"
