Springfield's Finest BBQ

If you are visiting Springfield, MO, crosstown is the best place for BBQ. Some locals will tell you Buckingham’s is the way to go, but I assure you it doesn’t hold a candle to Crosstown. Although, I’ve had better BBQ in two of the best cities (KC and Memphis) nothing comes close in Springfield. The owner is always working and makes everyone feel like a regular. If you can’t decide what you want, ask for a recommendation and you might even get a free taste. Fresh cut french fries are also outstanding.
