"Spanky’s has a great atmosphere that’s a little nicer than most of the sports bars you will find on Franklin Street. The menu has some great offerings and they have a beautiful bar that used to be one of my favorite weekend spots while I lived in Chapel Hill. Spanky’s, like most places on Franklin Street, can get crowded, but it’s a great place for a nice lunch or a quiet dinner during the week."
