Bzzz with Gusto!

Howdy fellow gusto-nians.

I'm a BzzzAgent on a mission.

I'm here to uncover all the goodys I can find about gusto! and the various offerings found within.

Once found, I will begin to spread the word, among the occupants of the world I touch, of their need to joing the gusto! community.

From time-to-time I will be adding bits 'n pieces of travels I've made over the years, as well as more recent reconnoiter efforts.

Fun facts, photos, editorial pieces, helpful and interesting tips to make your travel destination all that much more enjoyable are my trade.  If we're lucky, your next trip afield will be absolutely, MEMORABLE! Sure thing if I can help it!!

So, join me, O'fieldstream, as I travel about the natural world we live in and learn of the unmistakable wonders, rich heritage and boundless value for which we are imbued with custodial care.

I look forward to being your guide.  Ask lots of questions – none too small, insignificant or worthless. All questions are valuable and valued. Fire away.

Comments on what I've done, what you'd like to hear and see and your own travels and destinations.

Enjoy your ride …

Know travel. Know fun.  No travel. No fun.

I am also a bzzagent also.  I travel to a lot of the same places but I like to do different things while I am there.  So I am hoping I can use this site.  I know when we took I family vacation to Disney World I spent hours on the internet research food, travel, best times to see things.  This site could have saved me tons of time.

chava22 … a member of the food & beverage community,eh.  No wonder you have an interest in wines!  "; )    Yes, the South has many fine benefits, beyond warm weather.   They also have some of the 'largest hospitality' in the USA as well.

So, how are your plans for the 'winery research' ??

Interesting that you bring up wines on the other coast.  I worked with food and beverage companies in the South for a number of years.  They do make wine there!  Strange.  The South is also home to such wonderful landmarks like: the world's largest bat (KY) and the world's largest frying pan (NC)...

Greeting chava22 and fellow BzzzAgent.  Thanks for the note and contact.

I've not looked around gusto! too much yet.  It seems to be a bit 'bare' right now, but I believe they are still in their formulation stage.

I will be creating a few reviews for the gusto! database over the next week.  I think they just need more input.  I've also conducted several searches by TOPIC, NAME, CITY/STATE and FEATURE (lake, ocean, mountain, river, beach, etc.).  All returns are basically small in number.  Refreshing to land on a brand new site.

As to your question about the CA Wine Country… yes, I have been to the Napa and Sonoma Valley areas, but that was back in '71.  They were just getting known then.  I know a number of folks from the area and have heard the growth has been nothing less than phenomenal.

I actually enjoy visiting wine country closer to home: Midwest.  Believe it or not, some of the finest wines in the US come from  NY, OH, MI, IN, WI and now – of all places: KY.   So there are a lot of great places to visit quality wine making.

Again thank you for the contact.  Keep in touch and I'll watch for your Bzzz.

G'day ..

Hi, O'fieldstream.  I too am a Buzz Agent.  I have found a few pieces of useful information so far on Gusto for my trip to wine country, CA next year but not much.  Ever been there?  Is there a permission issue or do you think this is just such a new tool there is not a lot of posts yet?
