"We went to the Kings Island Graeter's. The attendant made a mistake and they didn't want to correct it. Staff was lousy unfriendly and slow serving. Only the manager was able to resolve our questions. Not everything is in the ice cream. Nobody deserves such a lousy service!"

"Get a brownie sundae and eat it and love it because it is nice and good and very very yummy. But if you go on a Saturday night, beware of minors who can’t get into any of the bars in Hyde Park. This place was crawling with tweens on my visit."
