It’s just what it says it is-a working chocolate factory. You can take a free self-guided tour of the facilities, watching the chocolate being made, and at the end of it there’s a gift shop selling their wares-you get one free sample piece, but you have to pay for anything else. The lure of fresh-from-the-factory-floor chocolate is irresistable, especially after smelling it being made. They have a nice cactus garden with benches where you can sit and eat your choices. Oh, and they have an interesting all-organic water-treatment plant, which recycles all of the factory’s waste-water for use in their landscaping.
