Hugely disappointing

It's hard to believe anything this crappy is associated with the Smithsonian. Paltry handful of galleries, poorly curated. Only a couple of Native American ethnic groups are featured, and the artifacts on exhibit (mostly quite modern in origin) seem to be arranged in no particular order. Given the museum's subject matter, it should occupy all four floors of the building and be crammed with exhibits representing every region of the country, but they seem to put the lion's share of their efforts and resources into running the gift shop.
