John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts
Beautiful building, host to great shows
It’s a long, but not impossible, walk from the mall. There are places to eat inside, the most reasonable being the cafeteria-and even that’s on the “hoity-toity” side. From the cafeteria, there’s an outside walkway with an incredible view. The entire building is beautiful, and the Center never seems to host a bad performance.
