Mmmmm Cream Puffs!

This is a do not miss restaurant if you are visiting Columbus. Schmidts is located in German Village and is one of a few authentic German restaurants in the area. You can find typical German food like schnitzel and bratwurst. You can order items off the menu or eat from the daily buffet. They also have several vegetarian options, but not all of them are listed on the menu. Ask a server for what they offer.

The real reason not to miss this restaurant is the cream puffs. They come in a variety of flavors, including chocolate and peanut butter, but the best is the traditional vanilla. Even if you don't want a full meal, it is well worth it to stop by for a cream puff.
