Location. One of the tallest tower hotels in Philadelphia, Pa., at 26 stories, the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel boasts incredible views of downtown. The hotel is within walking distance of many of America’s historical attractions, museums and shopping plazas. Convenient to Independence Hall and the Franklin Institute, the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel is only four blocks from the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The Philadelphia International Airport is seven miles away.
Hotel Features. The hotel’s interior lobby opens to a spacious atrium. An escalator carries guests from the art filled metropolitan lobby to the two mezzanines. Popular among business travelers and conventioneers, the hotel has a complimentary business center with high speed Internet access. A full service fitness center has a pool, weight machines, cardiovascular equipment and racquetball courts available for a daily usage fee. Shula’s Steak House, named after the famed Dolphins coach, serves hearty meat and potatoes in fashionably casual surroundings. Specialties include large portions of Angus Beef and seafood such as live Maine lobster. The No Name Lounge, inside Shula’s offers cigars and martinis.
