Continental Midtown, the sibling of Old City’s original martini bar, has the city’s thirstiest coming out in droves with its new take on the late-night eatery. Half fine dining, half no-holds-barred nightclub, this place has a stylized, throwback feel – right down to the baby blue leather banquettes – that makes for the perfect place to meet your best-dressed friends for drinks and Asian tapas. The drink menu sparkles with unique cocktails, such as the Buzz Aldrin, a Tang-rimmed martini of triple sec, Grey Goose and that famous, orange-flavored beverage. The wide-ranging menu includes ahi tuna tartare and lobster mac and cheese. If you fancy a smoke, sneak off to the upstairs bar and grab yourself a Dean Martini, served big and dirty with a Lucky Strike and a book of matches on the side.
