"Everyone knows Philly for its cheesesteaks. But if you’re in town, you have to try their cousin sandwiches – roast pork – at John’s. My mouth waters just thinking about John’s Roast Pork! They make cheesesteaks and hoagies also, but I can’t imagine ordering anthing other than a roast pork sandwich. They are the yummiest, juiciest sandwiches you can imagine. Get lots of napkins because you’ll need them when eating your monster of a sandwich. John’s also uses real cheeses (not Whiz) and other quality ingredients on their sandwiches. Don’t be scared by the look of the small place with the picnic tables outside. It’s a little out of the way for the tourist crowd, but the locals know how good it is and plan their visits around the surging lunch time crowd. Check the hours before going because they’re strictly a breakfast and lunch place."
