"Hands down their Porterhouse was The Best Steak I’ve ever had. A classy affair, very formal. Menus are on hand-painted footballs signed by legendary coach and restaurant namesake Don Shula. Waiters bring over a cart to explain each cut of meat. (Anecdotally, the first time I was here there was a very large lobster on the cart as well. I thought it was a plastic replica until it startlingly moved toward the NY strip. The lobster was seriously larger than my father’s dog). Sides come ala carte and are humongous. Despite of portion sizes, save room for dessert (order the Chocolate Molten Cake in advance). Whenever I am in Philadelphia I make time to eat here and I highly reccommend."
