Bistango
California Fancy Food
Bistango is one of those restaurants where the Wasabi gets mixed with the tomato and then reduced and poured on salmon topped with a z shapped garlic crostini. Okay, so maybe that’s a little over the top but it is what I would call a California Fancy Food restaurant. Interesting dishes, some unexpected combinations. Art on walls adds to interest.
