This restaurant is housed in the more than 200-year-old former Cotton Exchange building. The clientele consists mostly of dressed up Wall Street executives who appreciate the elegant setting, French cuisine, extensive wine list and excellent service. Traditional dishes get a creative touch: try Loin of Venison in red wine sauce, Rack of Lamb encrusted in herbs or Slow-Poached Salmon. Appetizers are $10 to $25, entrees start at $30 and desserts at $8. The restaurant is busiest on weekdays.
