Dirty!
"I went to Bucharest a few years ago, so hopefully things have improved since then! I did not like it at all. There were stray dogs everywhere, the city was dirty, and there wasn’t much to see or do. Everything was run-down, and the town was almost empty during the day. At night, people came out, but another foreigner who was living there says it’s always the same people, no matter what club you go to, because only about 5% of the population can afford to go out at all. The poverty was really sad to see. The people were friendly, though. I don’t think there were many tourists when I came, and they were very nice and tried to help me a lot, which was nice!
