Nepal

Be aware: Most Nepalese do not mind being photographed. The poor expect/ask for a tip. The tip is 1)to ask permission verbally and at the sametime with sign language (in case person doesn’t understand you). Most will happily pose. 2) Not to get carried away with your hobby. eg if its a funeral, must be sensitive to the occassion and its participants.

Cattleman's Steakhouse excellent meal, good surrounding+service.

Star Cafe- steak good, fries overdone+ not crispy hot; air-conditioning ( in March) made your already luke warm meal go colder. service rushed.

If you like chinese food I can happily recommend China Grill,  excellent value for money Chinese Buffet (for $9.50. March 2007) Assortment of red and white meat, seafood, rice, noodles + array of vegetables, finishing off with fresh+tinned fruits with agar-agar (seaweed) jelly. There's service with a smile from Hispanic/Spanish + Cantonese staff.
