Uno Chicago Grill
Uno's Pizza, you are still the one!
The roasted eggplant, spinache, and feta is one of my favorites here.
In between the layers there is sweet sun dried tomatoes, plump plum tomatoes, potent carmelized onions, basil pesto, feta, and fresh mozerrella cheese straight fromt the grater. The drink that I like to pair with this meal is the Pomegranite Sangria. The pomengranite makes it tastes so sweet with a little bite of flavor. The staff here is very caring, and makes sure that you are satisfied with what you ordered, ect. I miss the Uno’s that used to bein Fremont, but this location is just as good. It is also pretty close to some hotels for those of you who happen to be visiting Antioch.
