Interestingly, the west side of Sloane Street is a little less establishment and a little more individual, with contemporary jewelry from Longmire, funky handbags from Tanner Krolle and youthful styling from Tommy Hilfiger. As Sloane Square approaches, the names get bigger again: Gucci, Fendi, Dior, Armani, Prada and that mecca for all footwear fans, Jimmy Choo. When the legs are tired and the arms stretched with so many bags laden with goodies, head for Peter Jones in Sloane Square. There’s plenty of high fashion here too, at very reasonable prices. Much more importantly, there are two restaurants where you can relax, refresh and get envious glances for your designer carrier bags piled high around you.
