"Redfish is decorated in a trendy, contemporary theme, making for a great look. The food is great; easily up to the standards of the decor. I don’t drink, but I used to, so I know a good wine list when I see one… Redfish has a great one. Service is very attentive and professional. The cons: The restaurant is extremely noisy (even after supposedly improving the acoustics) to the point that it’s almost impossible to carry on a conversation. Also, not being a “Parrothead”, we did not appreciate the all the CD’s on the changer were Jimmy Buffet. Note: This is not a child-friendly restaurant. I’ve known of people with children being turned away. All that being said, it is great food (and evidently) wine served in a sophisicated setting. It’s just not for me. I prefer a more quiet, less-frenetic environment… I don’t really have any argument with their non-kid-friendly policy… I don’t think most young children belong in a fine dining environment. In Short: Nice restaurant, but not all it’s cracked up to be."
