"Hilton Head seems like a very unlikely location for America Oh Yes!... In an area where it’s hard to escape “Sofa Size” paintings of golf courses, or tons and tons of (usually poorly executed) paintings of egrets or lighthouses, they have one of the most extensive folk art collections in the country…and very reasonable prices. (We know they are reasonable because they sell to many art galleries and other dealers!) They have tried to include some of the best known artists and many who are rapidly emerging. Definitely a “must see” for anyone who has an appreciation for this uniquely American style of art."
