The Hotel Villasol lies on a seven kilometer stretch of beach in the coastal region of the Costa del Sol’s Benalmadena borough, set back from the beach by a lively promenade. Simply decorated guestrooms offer ocean views; private bathrooms, air conditioning units and televisions feature in all.
The hotel has its own buffet restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, as well as a bar and lounge area where entertainment is laid on throughout the year. Use of an outdoor swimming pool is exclusive to guests. A whole range of water and other sporting activities including scuba diving, sailing, golf and volleyball are offered in the area around the hotel many at the Puerta Marina Sport Port, located half a kilometer away. A man made marina with artificial islands and watchtowers lies at a distance of 1 kilometer and offers more in the way of restaurants, bars and walkways. Approximate driving time from Malaga airport is 15 minutes, and distance is 20 kilometers (12 miles). Taxis typically cost around 20.
